Amazing Views

Fun for Kids

I was pleasantly surprised by the children's amenities at The Carlton. The play area was fantastic, featuring swings and seesaws with cushioned seats for safety. Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable, with beautiful views of the lake and a lovely atmosphere. The amenities, especially the kid-friendly activities and excellent dining options, made it a great experience for the whole family. However, the service at the front office could use a bit of improvement, as we encountered some discourteous staff members that tarnished an otherwise wonderful experience.
